Happy New Year

Happy New Year!
I have definitely been slagging lately on keeping ya'll updated,
so this will be a long one.
We have been quite busy here in Green Valley!
Kylah turned 17 and finally finished all 10 of her college applications.
So far she has heard back from Santa Clara University
and Loyola Marymount University with early acceptances
and a super impressive academic scholarship from Santa Clara.
Now we just have to wait til March to hear from the rest!
In the meantime, I am trying not to be sad
that she will be leaving me,
so I am planning her graduation party to keep my mind off the fact.
Save the date for a huge celebration on June 3rd!
On another note, Brenden turned 4!!!!
I can't believe how big, handsome, stubborn, smart, and energetic he is.
He totally keeps me busy all day.
We spent Thanksgiving in Maui with my parents celebrating my big 40
and lived lavishly at The Grand Wailea.
Brenden wanted to stay there forever!
The pools, slides, caves and the resort was just amazing.
Kylah even got a picture with Mariah Carey in the lobby!
We were also able to sneak in a Senior photo session for kylah on the beach
and some amazing family pictures.
Ryan has been extra busy working as usual and renovating the kitchen!
Hardwood floors were installed throughout the rest of house, so
he took on the task of redoing our kitchen cabinets and bar.
And... if you have been to our house, you know that our kitchen is gigantic.
So you can imagine how crazy he has been painting all 47 doors, 25 drawers
 and installing all new hardware.
It's such a beautiful transformation and almost done.
As if that's not enough, our outside patio has started and
hopefully ready for entertaining once it gets warmer.
Oh....and Ryan intends on building an outdoor kitchen for that too!
The projects just never end!
Christmas came and went by way too fast, and I can't believe it's already 2017.
Happy New Year!

Always on the go!
